Welcome to Corner Cleaners

These terms apply to website service requests and our residential cleaning and pickup services. Please contact us if anything is unclear. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Pickup and delivery requests

Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed reservation or payment. Your pickup is not confirmed until our team confirms by phone or text. We may need to adjust timing based on routes, capacity, holidays or garment needs. Please contact us promptly to change or cancel a request.

Service area and scheduling

We serve Daytona Beach, Port Orange and surrounding Volusia County communities. Pickup and delivery are free. ZIP checks help identify our usual service area; an out-of-area request requires team confirmation. Same-day service may be available but is not guaranteed. Recurring preferences are subject to confirmation, not automatic guaranteed reservations.

Getting your garments ready

Please check and empty pockets, identify stains and damage, disclose delicate fabrics or special care needs, and separate items that require different treatment. Provide accurate contact information and safe access or handoff instructions. Do not include hazardous, contaminated or biohazard materials. Keep valuables and personal items out of your laundry.

Care, results and fair claims

We use reasonable professional care and consider care labels and the condition of each item. Some stains cannot be removed safely. Wear, weak fabric, unstable dyes, trims, prior damage or manufacturer defects may affect results; we cannot guarantee that every stain will disappear or that every item can be safely cleaned.

Please report missing items or damage within 7 days after delivery or collection, and keep the item, service receipt and any relevant photos so we can investigate. If a problem is not immediately apparent, contact us as soon as you discover it. This reporting request does not remove rights provided by law.

When we are responsible for loss or damage, we use a fair-claims approach based on documented original value, age, condition and reasonable depreciation, rather than automatic new-item replacement. Any proposed settlement will be discussed with you. To the extent permitted by law, compensation is limited to the item’s reasonable fair value; consequential or indirect losses are excluded. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be limited.

Unclaimed items

Policy pending owner confirmation: please collect items promptly and contact us if you need more time. No specific storage fee, disposal deadline or forfeiture policy is established by this template. Any final policy must comply with applicable notice requirements and Florida law and will be communicated before it applies.

Pricing

Call for pricing or ask in store for all services except the confirmed drapery cleaning price of $2 per pleat. Special care or additional services will be discussed with you. Submitting a request does not authorize an undisclosed price or collect payment through this website.

$10 off your first order of $40 or more on your first pickup order with code WELCOME10. Free pickup and delivery, always. Enter the code when scheduling or mention it to your driver.

New customers only. One per household. Minimum order $40. Cannot be combined with other offers. Corner Cleaners may end this offer at any time. The code does not confirm a pickup or replace any required service confirmation.

Commercial accounts

Commercial accounts are governed by separate written agreements. Requesting a quote does not create a commercial agreement; the confirmed written agreement controls account-specific arrangements.

Website, privacy and changes

Please use our website lawfully and submit accurate information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms; the effective date identifies this version. Changes will not retroactively remove rights for completed services.

Florida law

Florida law governs these terms, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory consumer protections. Please contact us first with a concern so we can work toward a fair resolution.
